On Tuesday, September 3rd, Lady Cardinal took on El Dorado Springs in Volleyball action. All 3 squads were in action. The C team split the action with the Bulldogs with both teams taking a victory. The Junior Varsity squad took the court and won in straight sets 2-0. The varsity fell to El Dorado Springs in straight sets 3-0 but had 41 digs in the games.
On Thursday, September 5th, the Lady Cardinals faced the Adrian Blackhawks. The Junior Varsity again took the match in straight sets, 2-0. The. Varsity had close games with 21-25, 21-25 for the first 2 sets but couldn’t steal the win, losing 0-3.
The Junior Varsity team will play in the Harrisonville Tournament on September 20th for their next contest, the Varsity squad will be in action on Saturday, September 7th at the Nevada Invitational.
